Mrs. Wilkey was born and raised in Lehi, Utah. In her opinion, Lehi is the best city to live in. Meadow Elementary, Lehi Jr. High, Lehi High School,Snow College, and Utah Valley University is where she recieved her education. She has been teaching at Sunshine Elementary for seven years. She loves teaching, especially 4th grade. In her spare time she loves to spend time with her family, exercise, be in the outdoors, and read. When not at school Mrs. Wilkey loves to spend time with her family. She is the oldest of 4 children in her family, and the only girl. She loves being the oldest! Her husband also has three siblings, and she enjoys spending time with them too! As a family they love to go boating, fishing, camping, and spend time at their cabin.
SWIM.BIKE.RUN! Being active is very important to Mrs.Wilkey. She has participated in triathlons, and hopes to be able to complete an Ironman someday. Swimming is her favorite leg of the triathlon, because that is what she is best at. The outdoors is where Mrs.Wilkey loves to spend most of her time. She gets cabin fever if trapped inside for too long. In the summer she may be found on the lake, hiking on a trail, or playing on the mountain. In the winter you can find her playing in the snow on a snowboard. Lately, Mrs. Wilkey has loved snow shoeing.
